From the moment I met Mrs Craig at Trafford General I knew my Mum was in amazing hands. Her understanding of how my Mum was feeling was evident during our first meeting. Everything was explained to us and the journey ahead. My Mums care has been outstanding both at Trafford & the MRI. Mrs Craig is professional, understanding & so down to earth, what every patient needs.

Mrs Craig always listens to my concerns and always takes time to explain things fully. I never feel rushed during my appointment and I am always given as much time as I need. She is very friendly and down to earth. I couldn't wish for a better consultant.

Mrs Craig put me at ease from the moment we met. She was friendly and professional and very thorough. I felt that I could totally trust her advice and also felt very comfortable having her as my surgeon. She has a great and appropriate sense of humour which made me feel relaxed from the start. When I had my first consultation I was more than a little apprehensive, but after meeting Mrs Craig I felt so much more relaxed and far less scared! She listened to what I had to say with patience and interest, she explained what she thought might be going on and what the testing process would involve very clearly and in detail. The procedure itself (colonoscopy) went well (I was unaware of anything as I had sedation!) Mrs Craig's team were all wonderful, helpful and caring and helped to make it all as easy and comfortable as possible. At my follow up appointment Mrs Craig again explained her findings (everything was clear), made sure I was happy with things and that I was feeling okay. She made me feel that I was important to her and that she understood the worries and fears that a patient may feel at each stage of the process. She really is a wonderful, skilled and caring doctor. I'm so very glad that I found Mrs Craig and I would recommend her to anyone.

From the very first consultation Mrs Craig has kept me fully informed and prepared for this life changing operation. She has a friendly and informal approach, which made me feel comfortable and able to ask any questions that I had about the condition, the operation and subsequent care. I went into hospital confident that I would receive the highest standard of surgical practice form Mrs Craig and her team and this proved to be the case. I have nothing but praise for the attention I have received so far and I’m confident that this will continue with post-operative follow up monitoring.

Mrs Craig is a brilliant surgeon, speaks plainly, and explained the procedure clearly and in a way that was understandable. She was very reassuring and went out of her way to put me at ease. If I ever have to go to hospital again, I hope she will look after me.
